Kauri Rescue Treatment and Monitoring Workshops - Summer 2020
We need your help to treat more sick kauri trees and complete the next round of monitoring for some of our Kauri Rescue properties that have a lot of trees that have been treated as part of the project. Collecting these data is extremely important to the success of the project.
We will run the treatment sessions and data collection on these properties as a series of Saturday workshops. You will be paired with someone who knows what they are doing so you can learn as you go and then be able to help others.
You could come for all or part of the day(s). Lunch is provided.
Please indicate which dates you could help with either treating trees &/or collecting monitoring data from treated trees in the Kauri Rescue project by registering on this form:
https://tinyurl.com/udrd8ul
We will confirm exact dates and locations as soon as possible. Most properties will be in Waitakere but there may be some north of Auckland.
The workshops will take place on a Saturday and will start at 9.30am. You need to be there for the briefing at the beginning.
Please complete a separate form for every person who can attend.
Thanks for your help. Ngā mihi nui.
